Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Pickers to join a busy, fast-paced Distribution Centre in Truganina.

• Monday to Friday work
• Day Shift: 5:00am – 1:00pm
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

About the Role
Working within a high-volume Distribution Centre, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders.

Duties will include:

• Picking orders – Voice picking – experience highly preferred
• Operating an electric pallet jack
• Pallet wrapping
• Repetitive manual handling of cartons weighing up to 15kg
• Working to strict productivity and accuracy KPIs
• Achieving picking rates of approximately 150 cases per hour
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment

IMPORTANT – ALCOHOL ENVIRONMENT – This site handles and distributes alcoholic beverages.
Applicants must be comfortable working around, handling and moving alcoholic beverages and cartons of alcohol as part of their day-to-day duties.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for candidates who have:

• Previous high-volume warehouse/picking experience
• Voice picking experience – highly desirable
• Electric pallet jack experience – essential
• Pallet wrapping experience – essential
• Proven ability to consistently meet warehouse KPIs
• Experience achieving high picking rates, ideally 150 cases per hour
• Experience with repetitive manual handling of up to 15kg
• Excellent reliability and attendance
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• The flexibility to work daily overtime and Saturday shifts
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

Pre – Employment Requirements
Successful applicants must be able to:

• Provide a valid and clear police check issued within the last 3 months
• Successfully pass a drug & alcohol test
• Successfully pass a physical assessment
• Be comfortable working with and handling alcoholic beverages
