Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced Distribution Centre in Truganina.

• Pay rates starting from $40.22 per hour
• Monday to Friday work
• Day Shift: 5:00am – 1:00pm
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• Regular daily overtime opportunities
• Saturday shifts available as required

About the Role
Working within a high-volume Distribution Centre, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a High Reach forklift while supporting the warehouse operation.

Duties will include:

• Operating High Reach forklifts
• Replenishment and put-away of stock
• Assist with pick pack duties as required
• Loading and unloading pallets
• Moving and positioning stock throughout the warehouse
• Working at heights and within high-volume racking environments
• Pallet handling and wrapping as required
• Following all site safety procedures and operational requirements
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work environment

IMPORTANT – ALCOHOL ENVIRONMENT – This site handles and distributes alcoholic beverages.
Applicants must be comfortable working around, handling and moving alcoholic beverages and cartons of alcohol as part of their day-to-day duties.

To be successful, you must have:

• A valid LF Forklift Licence
• Minimum 2 years’ proven High Reach forklift experience
• Strong High Reach operating skills
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse
• Excellent safety awareness
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent reliability and attendance
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work daily overtime and Saturday shifts
• The ability to perform repetitive manual handling when required
• Comfortable working around and handling alcoholic beverages

Pre-Employment Requirements
Successful applicants must be able to:

• Provide a valid and clear police check issued within the last 3 months
• Successfully pass a drug & alcohol test
• Successfully pass a physical assessment
• Provide evidence of a valid LF Forklift Licence
