About The Role:
Working for our client as a Field Service Technician, you will become an expert on their vast product range of small and large healthcare equipment. You will troubleshoot and solve difficult customer queries and issues, and have the responsibility of undertaking service of equipment, along with warranty repair and diagnostics, along with project work and various other onsite activities.
You will be required to provide an exceptional customer service experience and uphold the company’s reputation and gold standard in the industry. This role will spend most of the time in field, with occasional time spent in the workshop.

About You:
To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Previous Experience as a Service Technician is essential
• Experience in the medical, technology and/or heating, ventilation, or air conditioning industries would be preferred
• Ideally some experience working with / understanding of autoclaves
• Electronic / Electrical background / or qualification is desired
• Or the ability and willingness to qualify for a restricted Electrical license; supported by the company.
• Sound troubleshooting / maintenance experience is essential
• Valid / Current Driver’s License is essential
• Unrestricted working rights are essential
• Must be happy to work in role that can be physically demanding.
• Must have outstanding customer service and professional communication skills.
• Must have excellent time management skills
• To maintain always a high level of professionalism, a positive attitude and demeanor supportive of the business and colleagues.
