About the Role

As a High Reach Forklift Driver, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring stock is moved safely and efficiently while supporting the smooth flow of goods throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently

Load, unload, and move stock within the warehouse

Pick and pack orders accurately to meet customer requirements

Complete replenishment and put-away tasks

Conduct stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Report any equipment faults or safety concerns promptly

Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to achieve daily targets

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A current LF Forklift Licence

Proven experience operating a High Reach Forklift

Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment

Experience with order picking and RF scanning (highly regarded)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

The ability to perform manual handling tasks as required

Pre-Employment Requirements

The successful applicant will be required to complete:

Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Screening

National Criminal Police Check

Any other pre-employment screening required for the role
