Forklift Loaders and Delivery Drivers

Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Forklift Loaders and Delivery Drivers for an immediate start with a well-established client based in High Wycombe.

• $39+ per hour + superannuation + penalty rates
• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
• Day shift

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
• Operating forklifts to load and unload various types and sizes of trucks
• Loading and securing pallets
• Performing multiple deliveries throughout the Perth metropolitan area
• Operating a company vehicle for delivery duties
• Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient warehouse environment
• Ensuring all freight is handled and secured safely
• Meeting productivity and KPI requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a transport/logistics environment
• Proven experience loading and unloading trucks
• Current and valid Forklift Licence and Australian Driver’s Licence
• Previous delivery driving experience
• Good knowledge of the Perth metropolitan area
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling duties
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• KPI-driven with a strong focus on productivity and safety
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Two contactable employment references
• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions on hours
• Flexible and willing to work overtime when required

Pre-Employment Requirements

• National Police Clearance
• Drug & Alcohol screening
