Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators, High Reach Forklift Operators, Forklift Loaders and Pick Packers for multiple ongoing opportunities across Hazelmere, Maddington and Bentley.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position, duties may include:

• Operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Handling oversized and irregular freight
• Operating forklifts from 2 tonne up to 32 tonne capacity
• High-level racking operations
• Voice picking and order picking
• RF scanning
• Tugger / LLOP operations
• Manual handling of products up to 15-20kg
• General warehouse and logistics duties
• Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient work environment

To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant warehouse experience
• Proven high reach forklift experience
• Experience working with high-level racking
• Previous truck loading/unloading experience
• Voice picking experience highly desirable
• RF scanning experience desirable
• Experience handling oversized or resource-industry freight desirable
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual tasks
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and meet KPIs
• Flexible to work different shifts and overtime
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Full working rights in Australia
• Two contactable references

• Relevant site inductions and pre-employment checks
