Gantry Crane Operator

As a Gantry Crane Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of steel products throughout the manufacturing facility. Working as part of a production team, you’ll ensure materials are transported accurately to support daily operations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Operate gantry cranes to safely move steel products and materials.

Load, unload, stack, and position steel for production and dispatch.

Perform pre-start inspections and report equipment faults.

Assist with manual handling and general warehouse duties as required.

Follow production schedules and work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.

Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
