High Reach Forklift Operators and Pick Packers

We are seeking multiple experienced High Reach Forklift Operators, and Pick Packers for immediate start roles with leading transport and logistics clients based in Maddington.

These positions offer ongoing, full-time hours for reliable and skilled warehouse professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• High reach forklift operations (up to 5+ levels)
• Voice picking and order picking
• Tugger / LLOP operations
• RF scanning (desirable)
• Manual handling (15-20kg)
• Working with beverage and alcohol products
• General warehouse and logistics duties

About You

• Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
• Minimum 2 years High Reach forklift experience in fast-paced warehouse environments
• Experience in high racking (5+ levels essential)
• Voice picking experience
• RF scanning experience (desirable)
• Physically fit and safety conscious
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• KPI-driven mindset
• Full availability for ongoing full-time work
• Flexible with shift times and overtime
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Full working rights in Australia
• Minimum two contactable references
