We are currently seeking multiple experienced day and afternoon High Reach Forklift Operators and Pick Packers for immediate starts with high-profile clients based in Maddington.

• Day, afternoon and night shifts available
• Full-time hours available
• $39-$50 per hour + penalty rates and superannuation
• Immediate start opportunities
• Potential for ongoing work for the right candidates

To Be Successful,

• Current and valid Forklift Licence
• Minimum 2 years’ High Reach Forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Demonstrated experience operating at 4+ levels of high racking
• Experience with Tugger, LLOP or Pallet Rider
• Voice Picking experience
• RF scanning experience highly desirable, but not essential
• Physically fit and able to safely perform manual handling of items weighing 15-20 kg
• Comfortable working with beverage and alcohol products
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• KPI-driven with a strong focus on productivity and performance
• Strong safety awareness
• Flexibility to work varying shift start/finish times and overtime when required
• Availability to work full-time hours on an ongoing basis
• No restrictions on working rights in Australia
• Two contactable employment references

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Hold a current National Police Clearance
• Successfully complete a Drug & Alcohol screening
