Hours: 10-12 hour shifts
Pay: $41.93/hr + super + daily overtime

You’ll be partnered with a truck jockey, but this is far from a sit-behind-the-wheel role. You’ll play a key part in collecting and loading hard rubbish into the truck’s compactor-so being physically fit and ready for manual work is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate HR vehicles across residential routes
  * Load and handle hard rubbish (up to 25kg) from nature strips
  * Assist with general labouring and occasional yard duties
  * Navigate tight streets and stick to scheduled runs
  * Work closely with your team to deliver efficient service

What You’ll Need

• Valid HR License (minimum 1-year Australian experience)
  * Ability to provide 5-year driving history from VicRoads
  * Experience in residential or tight-access driving (highly regarded)
  * Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting
  * Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
  * Willingness to undergo drug & alcohol testing
