About The Role
As an Internal Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting their customers and the external sales team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing inbound sales orders via phone, email, or over the counter
  • Assisting Account Managers with inputting orders and following up on enquiries
  • Responding to customer requests, providing timely information and support
  • Maintaining accurate sales and customer records
  • Assisting with quotations, customer database updates, and preparing reports
  • Coordinating warranty claims and customer issues with internal teams
  • Supporting showroom displays, brochures, and sales material where needed

This is a dynamic and customer-focused role that requires strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to communication and service.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Prior experience in internal sales, administration, or customer service
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle last-minute requests
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Ability to liaise with multiple departments and manage competing priorities
  • Knowledge of the timber or building products industry (advantageous)
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety (valued)
