Zoom Recruitment is seeking a friendly and motivated Internal Sales and Customer Service team member to join a well-established supplier of industrial products in Winnellie.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, sales support, stock management and general branch duties. You do not need previous welding or gas industry experience, full product training will be provided to someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

About the role

You will help customers find the right products while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in person, over the phone and by email
• Processing enquiries, sales orders and quotations
• Learning the product range and providing helpful advice
• Building positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products
• Assisting with stock control, merchandising and inventory tasks
• Receiving, handling and organising products
• Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented branch
• Working with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes
• Supporting general branch and warehouse operations as required

About you

We are interested in hearing from applicants with experience in areas such as:

• Customer service
• Retail or trade-counter sales
• Internal sales or sales administration
• Warehousing or stores work
• Hardware, automotive, building supplies or industrial products
• Hospitality or other fast-paced customer-facing environments

Knowledge of welding, gas or industrial products would be an advantage but is not essential.
