Join a leading supplier of industrial products and become part of a supportive team where you’ll gain valuable experience across customer service, sales, inventory, and branch operations. Full product training is provided, so prior industry experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone and via email
• Process sales orders, quotations and customer enquiries
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support stock control, merchandising and inventory management
• Assist with receiving, handling and organising stock
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch

About You

• Experience in internal sales, trade counter sales, industrial supplies, warehousing, stores, logistics, or related supply chain environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, hands-on and team-focused approach
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to safely perform manual handling duties
