Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide helpful service in person, over the phone and via email
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders and follow up on customer enquiries
• Build lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and helping them find the right products
• Keep stock organised and product displays well presented
• Assist with receiving deliveries, handling stock and maintaining accurate inventory
• Work closely with the team to keep the branch running smoothly

About You

• Experience in customer service, internal sales, trade counter sales, warehousing, stores, logistics or a related environment
• A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping customers
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new products and skills
• Reliable and comfortable sharing both customer service and hands-on duties
• Good computer skills, attention to detail and the ability to stay organised
• Ability to safely perform manual handling duties
