We are seeking a motivated Laboratory Technician / QA Technician to join a leading manufacturing facility in Kwinana, WA.
In this role, you will provide laboratory testing and quality assurance support to ensure products consistently meet the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing to support manufacturing operations and ensure product quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised laboratory environment
- Follow documented testing procedures, quality standards, and laboratory protocols.
- Conduct quality assurance activities during product changeovers, including line clearance inspections and clean-out solvent testing.
- Collect and analyse routine production and environmental samples.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and quality checks on laboratory equipment.
- Prepare laboratory reagents, buffers, mobile phases, and testing solutions.
- Assist with quality investigations, raw material sampling, finished product testing, equipment calibration, and quality management system activities.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP systems (EnterpriseOne or similar) is desirable.
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
