Civil Labourer – Canungra

📍 Location: End of Seymour Drive, Canungra

💰 Pay Rate: $39.34-$40.00 per hour

🕡 Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-4:30pm

💵 Travel Allowance: $27.32 per day when attending site

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Civil Labourer to join a long-term civil construction project in Canungra.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit and wants stable, ongoing work with the potential to build a long-term career in civil construction.

The Role

You’ll be assisting the civil construction team with general labouring duties, including:

Moving and repositioning fencing

Assisting with moving materials and dirt

Levelling and preparing soil

Laying reinforcing mesh

General civil labouring and site duties

Working outdoors in all weather conditions

What We’re Looking For

To be successful, you will need:

White Card

Current Driver’s Licence and your own reliable transport

To live within approximately 30 minutes of Canungra

Previous experience working on civil construction projects

Experience working outdoors and in the sun for extended periods

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour throughout the day

A strong work ethic and reliable attitude

Must be available Monday-Friday, 6:30am-4:30pm with reliable attendance

Please note: This role requires consistent Monday-Friday attendance. Regular days off are not suitable for this position.

Long-Term Opportunity

The project is expected to run for approximately 3 years, providing excellent stability for the right person.

For reliable workers, there is also an opportunity to continue onto future projects and potentially transition into a full-time permanent position.
