LICENSED LO OPERATORS – RAVENHALL

Zoom Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a globally renowned sports brand for their distribution center in Ravenhall!

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable LO Operators to join a state-of-the-art, highly automated distribution facility.

This isn’t your typical warehouse!
You’ll be working in a modern facility featuring:

SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Pay rates starting from $38 per hour

THE ROLE
As an LO Operator, you will be responsible for order picking and warehouse operations across both commercial business and direct-to-customer orders.

Your duties will include:

• Operating LO order picker safely and efficiently
• Picking stock accurately from warehouse locations
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Moving and replenishing stock
• Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Manual handling
• Maintaining a safe and organized work area
• Following all site safety and operational procedures

YOU MUST HAVE

• Current and valid LO license
• Minimum 6 months’ LO operating experience with ability to successfully complete and pass LO driving assessment
• Previous order picking/warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable transport and excellent attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to workplace health & safety

PR-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Successful applicants must be able to:
• Provide a clear Police Check issued within the last 6 months or be willing to obtain one
• Successfully complete Drug & Alcohol testing
• Successfully complete a physical assessment
• Successfully complete the required LO assessment
