Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Order Pickers at our warehouse facility. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our fast-paced operations and ensure efficient and accurate order processing.

Position Type: Casual

Hours: 10am/11am Start, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of Sunday shifts

Location: Hemmant

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders using RF/electronic picking and scanning equipment.
• Maintain a high level of reliability and punctuality to ensure smooth workflow operations.
• Work efficiently and independently, with minimal supervision, managing time effectively to meet shift goals.
• Be physically active and able to walk between 10,000 to 15,000 steps during a shift.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

  Skills & Qualifications

• Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with RF or electronic picking/scanning tools is advantageous.
• Reliability:** Strong commitment to punctuality and sustaining dependable attendance.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to remain on your feet for the entire 6-8 hour shift.
• Flexibility: Must be open to working a flexible schedule, including 7-day rosters.
