About the Role

We’re seeking skilled oxy cutters for ongoing work with a reputable steel manufacturer. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic operation that values precision, safety, and teamwork.

Shift Details

• Training Phase: Day shift- 6am to 2:30pm
• Ongoing Roster: Afternoon shift – 2:00pm – 12:30am
• Pay Rates:
• Day shift (during training): $52.62
• Afternoon shift: $60.52
• 16% Superannuation

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out oxy cutting tasks with precision and safety
• Operate steel cutting machinery and tools
• Perform regular heavy lifting as part of the job
• Read prints and diagrams and follow to specifications

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of proven oxy cutting experience
• Solid understanding of steel cutting equipment
• Able to work in outdoor environments and all weather conditions
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting
• High attention to detail and safety standards
• Mechanical aptitude
• Reliable, motivated, and ready to contribute

• Must successfully complete a full pre-employment medical assessment
