We are currently seeking reliable and safety-focused Production Operators with a current Forklift Licence to join the Formulations Team at their manufacturing facility in Laverton North.

Shift Pattern
Fortnightly rotating roster
- Day Shift: 5:00am – 2:30pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 11:30pm
(4 x 9.5-hour shifts per week)
About the Role
Working within the Formulations Team, you will be responsible for safely producing and packaging chemical products while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating production plant and equipment safely and efficiently
- Formulating, filling and packaging products to production schedules
- Operating a forklift to load, unload and transport raw materials and finished goods
- Maintaining bulk storage levels and coordinating material movements
- Completing batch sheets, production records and plant documentation accurately
- Setting up and operating labelling, packaging and formulation equipment
- Reporting equipment faults through the maintenance system
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Ensuring all products meet quality standards and specifications
- Following all safety procedures, work instructions and PPE requirements
- Assisting with general production duties as required
About You
To be successful you will have:
- Current Australian Forklift (LF) License
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Chemical manufacturing experience (highly regarded)
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to accurately complete production documentation
- Reliable transport and the ability to work a rotating Day/Afternoon roster
Pre-Employment Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to:
- Complete drug and alcohol screening and physical assessment
- Provide proof of working rights in Australia
