Recycling Picker / Forklift Operator

Job Title: Recycling Picker / Forklift Operator
Zoom Recruitment is currently recruiting for Recycling Pickers and experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy steel recycling facility based in the Port Adelaide / Gillman area. These are day shift roles offering consistent hours, regular overtime, and an immediate start for the right candidates.

Location: Port Adelaide / Gillman
Shift: Day Shift 6:00am – 4:00pm

Duties include:
* Sorting recycled steel and metal products off a conveyor
* Operating forklifts and other machinery safely (where licensed)
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Material handling and sorting
* General manual handling
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment (housekeeping)

You will need:
* Current Forklift Licence – essential for Forklift Operator applicants
* C Class Licence – minimum
* Full working rights in Australia
* Strong safety focus and commitment to teamwork
* Excellent time management and reliability
* Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
