Zoom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recycling Plant Labourer for an immediate start with a leading steel manufacturing business.

This is a casual position offering full-time hours for a reliable and hardworking candidate. This hands-on outdoor role is suited to someone with a strong labouring background who is physically fit, active, and comfortable working in a dirty industrial environment.

If you don’t mind getting your hands dirty, enjoy practical work, and are looking for a high-paying opportunity with regular overtime, this role is for you.

About the Role:

• Cleaning and maintaining the recycling yard
• General labouring duties in an outdoor environment
• Working around machinery and supporting site operations
• Keeping work areas safe, tidy and compliant
• Willing and available to work overtime and weekends when required

About You:

• Previous labouring experience preferred
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Not afraid to get dirty and work outdoors in all conditions
• Reliable, hardworking and safety focused
• Available for immediate start

Mandatory Requirements:

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with no working restrictions
• Current LF Forklift Licence (required)
• Current EWP Licence for equipment above 11 metres (required)
• Must pass a full fitness assessment, medical and drug & alcohol test
• Applicants without both LF and EWP licences will not be considered

Shift & Pay:

• Monday to Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm
• $60 per hour
• Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends when required
