About The Role:
In response to the rapid growth of our client base, we are seeking two additional Rostering Coordinators to join our team at our Keilor Park headquarters.
Monday – Friday 5am-1pm. Permanent, full time
Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm. Permanent, full time
As a Rostering Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our branch network, managing rosters for clients nationwide.
Your responsibilities will include efficiently handling daily roster changes across multiple locations.
Key Duties:
Reporting to the National Rostering Manager, you will provide administrative and phone-based support to our client base. Your duties will involve creating, publishing, and finalising daily and weekly roster changes, as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

While experience with roster management is advantageous, we welcome candidates who are organised and efficient, offering training to ensure success in the role.
