About The Role:
Based out of the companies Condell Park site, the successful candidate will become an expert on their vast product range of water filtration equipment. You will troubleshoot and solve difficult customer queries and issues, and have the responsibility of undertaking service of equipment, along with warranty repair and scheduled service.
You will be required to provide an exceptional customer service experience and uphold the company’s reputation and gold standard in the industry.
This role is workshop based.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead analysis of warranty data to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct testing of returned units to determine root cause of failures
• Communicate quality trends with internal teams.
• Assist Sales and Service in resolving customer warranty issues.
• Contribute to the improvement of the production process
• Collaborate with R&D on product design improvements.
• Quickly and effectively communicate when non-conformances are found in parts or units returning from the market.
• Provide effective records and analysis of data on a regular basis

About You:
To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Strong technical aptitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience with similar products is essential, such as water tanks, air conditioning units etc
• Ability to build a strong understanding of the companies products and manufacturing processes
• Effective communication skills
