Storepersons & Machine Operators

Zoom Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Machine/Warehouse Operator with a current Forklift Licence to join our client based in Bibra Lake and Forrestfield. This is an ongoing assignment working with a Steel Reinforcement company.

To be considered, you must:

• Be available for immediate start
• Be able to work full-time hours on an ongoing basis (no working rights restrictions in Australia)
• Have a strong work ethic and keen attitude
• Possess a good level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling
• Be able to attend the Zoom Recruitment South Perth office next week for a Functional Assessment and Drug & Alcohol test
• Hold a current Forklift Licence
• Ability to follow specifications and instructions for maximum efficiency
• Can load trucks with structural steel products and assist with tying down of loads
• Must have minimum 2 years experience as a store person in a warehouse environment
• Able to demonstrate high level of safety awareness and follow safety processes and procedures
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Have two contactable references

Preferred (not essential):

• Knowledge of steel or reinforcing products
• Experience operating an overhead crane
• Prior warehouseand machine operator experience
