About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, customer-focused Team Leader to join our Hamilton branch in Brisbane. this is a ‘Hands On’ role that will see you Managing Accounts along with leading a small team of Account Manager’s.

In this key position, you will:

– Deliver exceptional service to our valued clients and casual workforce.
– Lead and mentor a dedicated team of Account Managers.
– Build and manage robust talent pools by conducting candidate interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding processes to ensure job readiness.
– Maintain high compliance standards and uphold procedural integrity.
– Drive efficiencies through team meetings and collaboration.
– Keep precise records using our advanced CRM, FastTrack.
– Tackle site-specific challenges with professionalism and promptness.
– Collaborate closely with stakeholders to fulfil service commitments.
– Prepare and present detailed reports tailored to client needs, as required.
– Conduct on-site visits to ensure service agreements are met, including toolbox meetings, walkthroughs, and inspections.
– Support and lead your team to deliver timely and professional service to both clients and casuals.

About You

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams of Account Managers or Consultants.
– A background in a similar role within an industrial or blue-collar agency environment.
– Strong organisational and time management skills.
– A proactive approach to exceptional customer service.
– Strong engagement skills with internal and external stakeholders.
– Solid problem-solving abilities, a sense of urgency, and keen attention to detail.
– Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with FastTrack or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
– A commitment to compliance and process improvement.
