We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to step into a pivotal role within our Eastern Creek branch – leading a team of recruitment professionals while maintaining close oversight of a high-volume industrial client portfolio and casual workforce.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows labour hire inside out, thrives in fast-paced operations, and enjoys building high-performing teams through structure, coaching and clear expectations.

The Role

As Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio and driving performance across recruitment delivery, client service, compliance and safety – while supporting and developing your team day-to-day.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Leading, coaching and managing a team of recruitment professionals
  • Providing daily operational oversight across recruitment activity and workforce fulfilment
  • Owning escalation points for clients, incidents and service issues
  • Supporting major industrial accounts and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships
  • Ensuring compliance, onboarding and record-keeping standards are consistently met
  • Conducting site visits, toolbox talks and walk-throughs
  • Driving recruitment funnels, workforce planning and retention strategies
  • Partnering with senior leaders to execute branch objectives and growth plans
  • Maintaining accurate systems records and reporting using various recruitment databases

About You

You are currently, or have recently been, a Team Leader within an agency recruitment environment, with proven experience leading performance, delivery and compliance outcomes.

You bring:

  • Proven experience in labour hire or industrial recruitment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and influence others
  • Strong client-management capability in high-volume environments
  • Sound understanding of compliance, awards and WHS obligations
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Strong organisational discipline and follow-through
  • Experience using recruitment systems (FastTrack360 experience is highly regarded)
