We are seeking two highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Planner/Systems Operators to join our dynamic logistics team. Dual Role Responsibilities

Transport Planner

  • **Scheduling Deliveries:** Conduct and manage transport administration tasks, including scheduling deliveries and pickups.
  • **Driver Roster Maintenance:** Develop and maintain driver rosters ensuring compliance with legal working hours and company policies.
  • **Stakeholder Communication:** Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transport operations.

Systems Coordinator

  • **Data Entry:** Enter, process, and analyze transport data to track performance and suggest improvements.
  • **Systems Maintenance:** Utilize and maintain SAP or Blue Yonder systems to manage transport operations effectively.

General Responsibilities

  • **Administration Tasks:** Perform general administration tasks as needed.
  • **Strategic Planning:** Assist in developing strategic plans and improvements for transport efficiency.
  • **Diversity and Inclusion:** Uphold the company’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all operations and communications.
  • **Team Initiatives:** Participate in ad-hoc projects and contribute to team initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role in transport planning or logistics management.
  • Proficiency in using transport management software, SAP or Blue Yonder experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and clientele.
  • Strong data entry skills and experience in managing and analyzing large datasets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
