Voice Pickers

Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Voice Pickers for an ongoing opportunity with a leading national beverage distribution company.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, full-time hours with a well-established operation supplying major retailers across Australia.

What’s on offer:

• AM Shift: 5:00am starts, $42/hour – Monday to Friday roster
• PM Shift: 1:45pm starts, $48/hour – Sunday to Thursday roster
• Ongoing work with potential for long-term opportunities

About the role:
You will be working within a fast-paced, high-performance warehouse environment, responsible for picking beverage products using voice picking technology and operating electric pallet riders. This site is KPI-driven and involves consistent manual handling.

Key responsibilities:

• Voice picking orders accurately and efficiently
• Operating an electric pallet rider (double or single)
• Heavy manual handling of cartons
• Working to strict daily KPIs and performance targets
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

To be successful, you will need:

• Previous order picking experience (essential)
• Experience operating an electric pallet rider (essential)
• Voice picking experience (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to perform heavy lifting on a consistent basis
• Comfortable working around alcohol products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable transport and punctuality for early starts
