About The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Operative with a proven track record in warehouse operations and a strong grasp of inventory systems, as well as demonstrated proficiency in operating forklifts and high reach equipment.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle and manage stock, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Operate forklifts and high reach machinery safely and competently.
  • Use inventory management systems to track, monitor, and organize stock.
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet operational goals.

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Valid forklift license with demonstrated experience is essential.
  • High reach experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, IFS, WMS, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is required.
